just hold down the clock button bro, it takes a little while but it works

Hold down the clock button, till 12hr and 24 hour then press clock again. It will say hour adjust, then press set when you find the hour you want press clock again do the same for the min

I think i messed mine up because i was holding down clock and set and now when i do that it goes like to the hour but it shows it to be zero minutes, is there a way to reset this?
