Service Shifter message

I have a  2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I have had nothing but problems with it since we bought it brand new. The Uconnect wont stay connected, the wifi wont work. And, now the service shifter light came on and we couldn't get it out of park. Had to have it towed to the dealership where they replaced the shifter and the harness, they thought it was fixed. Then the message came back on and the NEW shifter wouldn't shift. So now they are confused  and don't know where to go from there. As far as the radio, the screen gets hot to the touch and randomly shuts off. The stereo wont hold any programmed stations. I had a 2016 Jeep and had no problems with it. Any Ideas?
