Heated seats

Is there any way to make the heated
seats warmer? Like an adjustment.
They are on high and we can’t hardly
tell they are on

I have the same exact Jeep as you and same problem. Can hardly tell it’s on. My previous JGC steering and seat got hot - there was no question like with this 2018.

Mine is a 2017 and I have the same problem. I am told the specs are 110 min to 120 Max. It doesn't seem to be a certain year of jeep either which makes me worried and the dealership doesn't help. I contacted Jeep online and was treated horribly and hung up on.
