Check with your states DMV or perhaps the highway patrol.
Most likely register and insure it. Then the normal things should be in good working condition. Lights, tires, steering, and suspension. Vehicles only have to have the equipment that was required at the time of manufacture. So if you're concerned about seatbelts, mirrors, etc. don't be. If they weren't required in 1929 you don't have to have them. But if they were added later then they must be in good working condition or removed. Hope that helps! Jim
I recommend upgrading the brakes to juice at a minimum. Try a Model A club to see what other drivers do to make their cars more street worthy.
