Where do I start on my 04 mazda 6

Just bought mazda 6 and there are a couple problems and I've never worked on one so
I'm not sure where would be best place to start. First, when I turn the turn signal the
windshield wipers turn on. Next is there is no air blowing out of the vents. The third is
coolant fans are not running but not seized up so I was thinking fuse?

Best bet is to replace the turn signal/wiper switch. I think the fans are on a relay. If you can, get it warmed up and try switching relays around if you don't have a diagram.

Okay so I checked my motors and I have power coming to my relays but still nothing when the car comes on. What is the that was connected to the two fans? Could it be defective?
