Can I use Ford escape engine parts on my Mazda 6?

Looks different to me. You can buy a new one for your Mazda for anywhere from $195 down to $76.64 at Partsgeek.com. Why such a big discrepancy I can't figure out
I was asking if there was another Ford car that had an engine with the same sensor. I'm just trying to do this as cheaply as possible but now I'm seeing that I have to replace the whole throttle body because apparently the sensor is built into it.
It's the same engine, you're right... the Ford Escape V6 is a 3.0 Duratec, the Mazda 6 is also, so I don't know why they would be different, except some minor things for the Calif emissions package. Looking at parts I noticed many of them say 49-State legal. Otherwise thay are identical ans all parts should swap with no problems
No. It's not built in to it. Give me a minute to do some looking
Check this out..see it bolts on to throttle body, click for full screen
May I ask how you know it's bad? I took those pictures down because I may have made a mistake, they should NOT be different
Oh okay, that seems pretty simple. Used a code reader at AutoZone. Also the rpm's have been acting funky when I start the car.
It is simple and easy. If you are doing this yourself, disconnect Neg-battery cable first, and when you re-connect and start car, it will run rough for a minute to 5 minutes, while the ECU re-learns. Not to worry normal
Whoever told you it was built in, was either honest mistake or a crook trying to cheat you to sell you the entire throttle body
