Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My Kia Sportage will be sitting garaged for a month while I am on vacation.  Is

Any battery will drain sitting that long , either use a batt. monitor or pull the neg. terminal , you may need a memory saver for that , basically a 9Volt batt hooked to the cig. lighter

A 9V battery saver will not save codes for a month. Use a battery tender.
