Accidentally put windshield washer in my coolant reservoir. Will it do any damage to my 2002 Mazda Tribute

I would say it is not a big deal but if you can I would drain it out and put in some 50-50 coolant mixture instead.

I agree with Regrets above, not a panic situation but a coolant flush would be a very good idea.
