You know what a lemon is, right? A car that was into the dealer for an issue at least three times without a proper repair available, so the manufacturer buys back the car and the owner gets a new one. It also could be a different issue depending on what state you live in. So it seems the dealer is now selling the vehicle with those issue for a cheaper price, telling the new owner up front that it was a lemon vehicle. You could check with the seller as to what the issue was in the first place and decide if you want to buy it. I wouldn't.
