Can you fit a full size spare in a Buick Encore?

Somewhere in a ad for 2018 Buick Encore it said room for full size spare which
is what I want.I downloaded owners manual and that is not mentioned.What I did find was on changing a flat tire.It says after installing doughnut tire to place
flat tire in storage area and strap it down.That sounds like it can't fit a full size tire in space allotted for doughnut tire.Whats the truth?

To answer your own question, jack up the car, take off a wheel and see if it will fit in the spare storage area.
