What does Instant Market Value mean?

I'm not familiar with your term of "Instant Market Value".  Please explain. Does it
possibly mean a dealer will pay $20,926 for my car right now?  Thank you,
Steve Menzner  (2019 Honda Insight EX Hybrid, $20,350 on CarGurus right

IMV is retail price, dealers will give you a lot less.
