We had lost a key fob & purchased one from the dealer who programmed it to our vehicle.  The doors lock, but not the lift gate.  any ideas?

Either the Dealer gave you the wrong fob or the lock actuator inside the liftgate is bad. Will the liftgate lock if you use the power lock switch on the door? If not the actuator is bad. If so the fob is wrong. Hope that helps! Jim
