No start issue

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I bought an 02 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS. It seems to have a hard time cranking. I
can turn the steering wheel and sometimes it'll fire. What could it be? I just
changed out the spark plugs and wires yesterday. When it starts it runs fine.
