I have a 97 Ford Expedition w/ 4.6. Heater is blowing out cool air. Have physically watched the blend door open & close. Have changed therostat twice in 3 weeks. Any suggestions on what to try???

Check the heater core hoses, both should be hot when temp is set to red on heater. if not, no coolant is getting to core.
