I disconnected the battery to try to fix the curise control switches And now it has 4 monitors that won't run test !!! ? how can i get it inspected in NY  the 4 monitors are: Evap  Catalyst  & 2 oxygen sensors!!

I would take it to a mechanic that you trust, ask him/her to check the computer/diag module. When you dissconnected the battery, did you happen to "arc" the postive cable? it might of surged or grounded out and blew-out a curcit.
