No communication from OBD port to NYS Emissions

NYS inspection failed twice. My OBD port is working but not communicating.
My car passed everything but emissions because it wont communicate.  What
can i  repair to get it to pass?

if it's not communicating then it's not working , I would say it's the ECM , but I'm not a tech. and not familiar with pt cruisers

Try cleaning the OBD port with electronic cleaner. The port isn't used much so it might just be dusty and dirty and not making a good connection. Hope that helps! Jim
