cooling will not stop running

2006 nissan maxima cooling fan motors went bad and seized up put in new fans and soon as i plug them the radiator side fan starts running and will not stop until battery is dead and the A/C side wont come on at all even if the A/C is on. change pressure switch didnt help any check the relay on drivers top of motor it was fine switch with another relay still did the same thing with both relays. Please HELP.

the fan circuit has a switch on the radiator that tells the fan when to turn on and off- the switch runs through a relay-
