Car Will not start after accident

I rear ended someone. The damage was
enough to shatter the headlights and bend
the radiator in moderately. Also my car will
not start but sits there and tries to turn over
until the battery dies. Smells a little like gas
around the engine.... I need to get this
started as soon as possible.
