Then something happened to the chip in the keys. time for a locksmith to come to you, or tow it to the dealer and pay a whole lot more money.

I already checked with Locksmith; they were not able to help me. They charged $80 for their effort. I am ok without remote key. My question is how to resolve the alarm issue when i open the door that also doesn't happen always. Tried with check many stores they are not giving any fixed estimate

Be aware that by pulling the alarm fuse you may create other problems. So it looks like your now stuck with the dealership to get the diagnostics done, then they can give you an estimate on what and how much to fix it. But it won't be cheap. The last alarm system I worked on cost the customer over 500 bucks to replace the door switches, some bad wiring and a module.

Oh. My problem is that they are not giving estimate even for diagnostic if they can give fixed estimate for diagnostic then I would definitely go and then decide to repair based on my budget . Not sure who can help. Don't want to get rid of that car as it is running fine other than above issue

So the problem is the vehicle is so old that they are concerned that once they start the “snowball effect” will start happening, one thing after another, so either take a chance and bite the bullet, hope for a decent price or just put up with it until it goes into full failure.
