My car want start it turns over act like it want to
start but want tryed to jump it off still want start

How long since it's been tuned up? You can probably get it running if you remove and dry the spark plugs.

I got my car to crank to bring it home but it had little white smoke coming out this house by and when I check my oil top this morning I don't like it was like a greenish color I check my oil stick and it look like your hair like thick stuff on it what does that mean
