Purchased a 2020 Chevrolet Trax and XM radio is missing

Hello,

So I purchased a 2020 Chevrolet Trax and at
the dealership the car had Sirius XM as part of
the entertainment system, I was told to sign
up for the free trial on the website however
the icon disappeared after two weeks of
having the car, what should I do?

Talk to your salesperson. A 2020 model has been on the lot for a few months. Perhaps the subscription expired on the vehicle and they'll have to reup it for you. Hope that helps! Jim

On the 2020 Trax, XM radio isn't available on the LS model, only LT and above.
