Just had my front brake pads changed on my 2001 Nissan Quest mini van 5 days ago. Shortly after I realized there was a clicking sound coming from the passenger side front tire when I turn right every now & then. What would this be?

Check to see if the lug nuts are tight.

^^ seriously, I had to tow someone who just left a shop where they forgot to tighten lugs, both front wheels were nearly off. Another possibility is the backing plate is bent slightly and contacting the rotor, or the caliper isn't sliding properly, a bad wheel bearing, or even a CV axle. If you just had the job done at a shop, take it back and let them review their work.

I had clicking after a tire repair years ago. Loose lug nuts and a ruined wheel. Tire shop got to buy me a new wheel.

Sometimes the disk brake shield gets bent when they replace the shoes. This in turn rubs on the disk. Very noisy - not serious, simple to correct. Take it back to the place that did the work and have it checked.
