The fair- good -great prices, are those out the door prices or the sale price before sales taxes, doc and reg fees?

nadaguides.com give a fair price of what you'd pay OTD. If it helps, I recently placed an order for a 2020 Forester Touring with some more options (dealer installed) for an OTD price of $33,350 (including taxes, fees, destination charges, etc). This was for a dealer here in NJ. Feel free to DM me and I can provide you details.

They are never out the door prices because tax and license fees are different in every state, so out the door is meaningless. The only comparable price is cost of the car before any state fees.
