i have a 1997 for tbird 4.6. it wont turn over

had the fuel pump replaced because they said no pressure, still wouldnt crank, they strait
wired the fuel pump to the relay , still woulnt crank, changed crank shaft censor,still wont
crank,had one mechanic to say its the alarm, another the computer, the mechs that have
it now dont know whats wrong. new battery wires terminals. plugs are 5 yrs old, low
miledge.
