Extremely disappointed with our purchase, due to volume and whine of reverse backup noise. Please consider replacing with a beeping sound, which we are already used to with trucks. Comments we have heard are critical and assume something's wrong with the engine .

I heard the noise when my daughter came over to show us her new “ first purchase” car. I was disappointed due to the noise I thought she bought a lemon. So I took it to Toyota and that said it’s a warning sound for reverse. Well that sucks. Also not in their manual that came with car. So being old school I have to call bull shit on this one. I think they messed up on the design and have issued a response for their technical support people to repeat. Just saying, Caring dad
