I have a 2003 Alero GTS was in excellent condition and only had 22000 miles on the car! The insurance company totaled the car due to water damage and they are offering me a low replacement cost.

These insurance companies must think we are stupid. I would like to know how to fight this as now I have to go out and get another vehicle which these type of cars are hard to find! The insurance company knows that this car was in excellent condition!! Please advise....

Thanks for your advice! I will not settle for the low ball price. I will let them know that I am not excepting trade in value !
