How to repair the speedometer needle

How do I fix the speedometer needle, the odometer works fine. Had the rear sensor replaced but that didn't fix the problem. Can you help me?

I dont think that there is a way to Reprogram on your own, I seen a few web site that you can send them your cluster and they can recalibrated for you. Not sure of the cost it may be cheaper for you to buy a new cluster.
