relay export

On a 2001 Oldsmobile Alero on the fuse box
on the passenger side. The diagram shows
there should be a relay export. Is that true?
My husband took something out and he said
it was missing something. I just noticed that
relay is gone

My car was get hot so i put a water pump on and put a new tbermostat on and still geting hot. But the fans are not working. What. More could it be
