After wiring harness replacement

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2000 alero. I had to replace the main fuse box and wiring harness
back to the two cabin fuse panels. Now when I turn the ignition to the on
position. I don't hear the fuel pump kick in. Do I have to leave the ignition in
the on position for ten min? Or is the key even chipp?

This is passkey module relearn. I don't know if it will help? with this system, the key doesn't have a pellet or transponder, it's the key cylinder that communicates with security system. It's just a normal key. Did you check for voltage to fuses? Some fuses hot all the time, some go hot with key on. Grounds are all good? I thought passlock was just fuel injector disable. I didn't think it would effect initial prime with fuel pump? good luck
