Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Car ran great Till it ran out of gas sitting in the driveway.
I put gas in it , just cranks. I can hear the pump hum
shortly like it's suposed to but I have 0 pressure at the rail.
I replaced the filter , still no pressure. If I literally hold my
ear to the tank when someone turns the key to on u hear
the pump hum than after the hum it sounds like the gas
just pours right back into the tank. My question is do I
need to replace the whole pump or is their a component I
can replace?

Just cause you here it doe,s not mean it is pumping,0 pressure conform,s the pump is bad,you can just replace the pump motor,in the assembly,or replace the hole assembly.
