Wiring channels 1998 e-250 extended

I née to run several wires from the engine compartment and cab to the rear of the van.
Are there any resources where I could obtain a diagram of all purposes wire channels?

Wires are usually run through the interior panels on the side that doesn't have the door- take out the interior panels and you can see how much room there is- this is also where hoses are run for rear heater and AC- sometimes a wire will be run through the headliner, to dome lights, but it is a much bigger hassle to take out the headliner- running the wires under the van is of course gonna leave them exposed to the elements- to run wires around the front door, just route them under the scuff plate- then up into the body cavity and back, back, back on that extendo-van
