g6 dash problems

i am having a hard time figuring out the problem of my 2006 pontiac g6. my dash lights wont work (cluster,radio) they dont turn on what so ever. the needles are just stuck on 0 on everything. the radio doesnt turn on or nothing. i have checked all the fuses all the fuses seem to be good but still no lights in my dash.
At night the clusters needle barely light up so there is power to the cluster just dont know what can be causing it for it to not work properly.
could this be a problem related to my BCM? if so what would be the best way of fixing this thank you

how would i go about checking this ground in the instrument cluster??

my radio display has been broke and ever since my speedometer has not worked correctly when I'm going 55mph the needle is reading about 85. 85mph the needle reads at roughly 120 LOL. What on earth is this? Any help would be great
