2003 Pontiac Vibe won't turn over.  When key goes to start position there is a buzzing noise from dash. Battery is good.  Push starts easily. Battery terminals clean. Replaced start relay. Buzzing stops if the clutch is let out. Buzzing only in start position

Could the "buzzing" be coming from the starter and you just hear it through the dash?

Definitely from the dash. It is NOT the solenoid And the lights do not dim at all.

Possibly the interlock switch that prevents starting the car unless the clutch is depressed is the problem. That would be under the dash somewhere along the clutch linkage. Good luck.
