2003 vibe won't start

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Manual. One day my car just decided not to
start, all electrical works, radio, lights and air
turn on with no issue. There is no turnover,
or any kind of noise when trying to start.
Attempted to jump the car, still won't start.
Checked all fuses and everything is intact.
Pulled the starter and tested at an auto shop
and appears to be in working order.
Not sure where to go next, please help.

Could be a bad tumbler switch or the transmission is not in Park or Neutral ... work the trans selector back and forth .. maybe the safety switch (Park/neutral) is stuck

Had the same thing happen to me it was the clutch switch.. Hope that helps

I have a 2005 manual Vibe. Five years ago the same thing happened to me several times. I would have to wait 20 or 30 minutes and eventually it would start. I took it to the dealership and they said it was a computer issue that was on recall. They replaced it at no charge. Today it did the same thing. It turned it off for 5 minutes and then it wouldn’t turn over. I tried to jump start it but nothing happened. In gear, out of gear, still nothing. I again waited 30 minutes and it started.
