My 94 Lexus ES 300 is telling me it's overheating. Couldn't b bcuz after replacing the radiator,thermostat and the fan relay(it was recently in a front end collision)

Check fans are actually running, if not and your certain fans and relay are good check engine coolant temp sensor and PCM.

Is it just telling u or is it actually heating up. If it is, check the temp sensor that turns on the cooling fan relay
