had an emissions coil code come up on a 2002 ES 300?

Check engine lights comes on every now then with a little shudder accompanying it, usually happens when RPM gets down around 750. Mileage does not seem to be effective, and car resumes a smooth ride. Code was P1315 - Emissions Coil. Any suggestions?
