Question type: Shopping & Pricing

Hi I am interested in buying a 2005 Lexus SE330 with 110K miles at 6500 dollars. Car looks good but not great. It will be very helpful if some one suggest if I can go for it. VIN details are good.

Have a mechanic check it out first. Also check out the price on Car Gurus, NADA, the Blue Book and Edmund's. To buy or not to by that is the question, only you can answer it.

I would have it looked at by a mechanic first and take it on a long test drive, least an hour. I do feel like they are good cars but it depends on the maintenance foremost. I also think it is $800-1500 too high in fair condition running great..

Hi, Thanks for the quick reply. Actually I found this car in CarGurus and contacted the owner (selling his personal car). Owner purchased this certified refurbished car from Lexus dealer in 2013 with 82K miles on it. He drove 23K miles in past 3 years. As per the CarGurus it is a great deal with 2K less than the market price and as per the KBB and NADA its fare deal where as Edmund value is 5200. I am really confused!!
