All 6 cylinders are misfiring

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My check engine light is on.  The codes show all 6
cylinders are misfiring.  I have changed the plugs,
wires. The car has been driving rough even though
I have been putting a better brand gas and
midgrade octane.  Someone had suggested it
maybe a engine control module.  I'm at a loss and
am not sure what could be going on.

Sounds like the coil pack may be breaking down. Scan for codes and you might have something more specific to look for. If it's not a ignition spark problem then you might check fuel pressure or change an overdue fuel filter.

I just changed the coil packs and plugs around the end of June. I noticed it ran really rough the other day when it poured down rain. How do you check the fuel pressure. I'm not a mechanic but I'm trying to figure this puzzle out its driving me nuts.
