I have a 2003 Saturn Vue. The horn would not stop. I hit the horn in the center of the steering wheel and it stopped. The horn started blowing again. I hit the steering wheel again and it went off. However the "service light went on. Any ideas?

Tried putting it in reverse it'll cutt off. What ccould be the problem?

the battery light came on car was running but lights went out . Checked the battery fuild it was low. add water..not sure if i should have and had someone jump start it and everything ran for a few min and lights.
