Just as is stated above, what is the"dealer rating " ?. If the potential dealer where I'm thinking of buying has 2 1/2 star rating, is that bad ?, what does it mean ?

Wsa And ABS Indicator Lights Are On.

Just had the lower control arm and balljoint replaced. Now the wsa and abs indicator lights have come on. Any suggestions as to what may have caused this to happen?
