88 Grand Marquis Overheating And Leaking Water

My 88 mercury grand marquis is overheating and leaking water from the passenger side under the car around the front passenger side door. What is the problem I can't figure this out? Please help

2008 Mercury Grand Marquis High Beams Do Not Work.

Change multi function switch and have the same problem. Fuse is okay. When trying to flash or put high beams on everything switches off.
