Pontiac Grand Prix Wont Start. Fuel Is 56 PSI, No Spark

I was driving and suddenly the car shutdown. It cranks but wont start. I check fuel pressure and is 56PSI. I tested for spark and get none. The coils, primary and secondary resistance is within range.
