2012 Forester Heated Seats

I just bought a 2012 forester premium and it has heated seats, and the seats get hot, but then they get cold after a short time, then get hot again. Anyone have any ideas why? Thanks in Advance

Engine RPM

I have just purchased a 1994 Loyale. It has a 3 speed automatic in it. The engine RPM seems very high so there might be something wrong. At 55MPH it revs up to about 3800 RPM. Is this normal? Thanks
