Ticking Noise And Flickering Lights.

My 2007 toyota tundra has a ticking nouse in the dash and the lights flicker slightly in rhythm with the ticking. Anyone know what the problem might be?

When We Hook Our Trailer Up And Put The Truck In Reverse We Blow The Gauge...
