08 dodge ram wont start

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

my 08 Dodge Ram suddenly wont start. i drove it to a friends and when i went to leave it wouldn't start. The lights were not left on and work perfectly fine. its a V-6 stick so i tried to bump start it with no results so although i didnt think it was the battery i tried to jump start it before calling a friend to tow me and still nothing. my truck has under 40,000 mi on it and its not under warranty. the only problems ive ever had with it are a few electrical issues, sometimes when i turn off the head lights they dont respond and i need to turn them back on then off again for them to work, the dome light will stay on on occasion and i need to turn the key over then back off and last but not least the left blinker will turn on and if u attempt to turn it off the right one goes on then the left again. is it possible this new problem could stem from these other issues? if so how would i go about fixing it and approx how much will it cost?
