2003 Dodge Ram wont start

Turn the ignition on my Dodge Ram and I get
nothing not even the dash will light up just a slight
humming noise after I turn the ignition off what
could be my problem just put a new battery in and
it was working fine but we did have a cold spell
wondering if some connection might of come
loose or something please help

Battery connections have to absolutely clean, free from corrosion and tight. Also the ground connections need to be clean and tight. Check your battery voltage to see if the battery discharged for some reason.
