2009 forester will not start

replaced battery and still will not start

NO start? or NO crank does the engine rotate when you turn the key?

Ok the next thing is to check all grounds and connections at the starter motor, are they clean and tight? not corroded or green and fuzzy...If they look OK, then do a voltage drop test you'll need a multimeter test the starter circuit not difficult to do WIRES can look good but have might have HIGH RESISTANCE. Let me know if you need the procedure to do a voltage drop test a on the starter circuit.
