Temperatures had been in the teens. Went out in the morning and it wouldn't
start. Jumped it, it started fine, drove for a hour. Then no start again.

I am guessing your battery is dead. Cold reduces the battery power so you need a good one when it gets cold.

Did you clean and tighten the battery cable ends and the battery terminals?
Perhaps your alternator is not charging. Auto parts stores will test yours for free. If you have a volt meter you can check it yourself. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LGB6ZEjGm7Q
Problem fixed. The cable was loose on post
