Is the thermostat for the 3.2 inline or do you have to remove throttle bbdy?

I need to replace the thermostat on my 3.2 but dont know if it is in the hose or I have to remove the throttle body to get to the housing?

You will most likely have to get to the housing by removing the throttle body. The thermostat is located where the hose enters the engine block.
