1991 dodge dakota won't start unless you poup gas in throttle body replaced the fuel filter fuel pump runs if you hook power to it

By pouring gas into intake you have narrowed it down to fuel delivery problem next check fuel pump relay and check fuel pump fuse.

it is your throttle position sensor located on the side of your throttle body.accrossed from your throttle cable.
